Job seekers must not:
- Upload false qualifications or certificates

6. Employers and Recruiters
Employers and recruiters agree that:
- Job postings must be genuine and lawful.
- Posted vacancies must not discriminate unlawfully.
- Recruitment activities must comply with local employment laws.
- Salary, job role, and company details must be accurate.
Employers must not:
- Post fake or misleading jobs
- Collect sensitive personal information unrelated to hiring
- Demand payment from candidates for employment offers
- Use the Platform for spam or promotional abuse
Creek Jobs reserves the right to remove any job posting without notice.
7. Fees and Payments
Certain services may be offered on a paid basis.

Creek Jobs allows users to sign in using Google OAuth 2.0 authentication.

Our application accesses only the following Google user information during authentication:

- User’s primary Google email address
- Email verification status
Basic Profile Information
- Unique Google User ID (

Purpose of Data Usage
The accessed Google user information is used strictly for authentication, account management, and session handling within the Platform.
User Authentication
Google OAuth 2.0 is used to securely verify the identity of users during sign-in.
Account Creation
If a user signs in with Google and no existing account is associated with the provided email address, Creek Jobs may create a new user account containing:
- Email address
- Google User ID
- First name
- Last name
- Profile image URL
Account Linking and Synchronization
If an existing account already uses the same email address but is not yet linked with Google authentication, Creek Jobs may:
- Associate the Google User ID with the existing account
- Update the user's profile image
- Mark the email address as verified
Session Management
After successful authentication, Creek Jobs generates internal authentication tokens to securely manage user sessions.
Creek Jobs does not request, access, or store Google account passwords or sensitive Google credentials.
Data Sharing
Creek Jobs does not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties.
Data Storage and Protection
User information is securely stored in protected infrastructure and databases with reasonable security safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Data Retention and Deletion
Users may request account deletion at any time.
Upon verified deletion request, associated personal data is permanently removed from Creek Jobs systems unless retention is required under applicable laws or security obligations.
